Welcome to Cico Nutrition! I am Kanishk Ghonge. A second year MBBS student and ICMR and NESTA certified nutritionist. My approach to nutrition is shaped by a unique blend of medical knowledge and real-life experience in weight management. The Challenge and Learning

Unlike many nutritionists, my approach is shaped by a personal journey of weight fluctuations and my medical studies. I've helped over 50 clients not only lose weight but also maintain it sustainably. My experience of losing 20 kgs, regaining it, and then successfully losing it again has taught me the importance of a balanced, realistic approach to dieting.
